09-18-2025 First illustration project completed

The first series of new illustrations for Nautical Fiction has been completed. Today, the drawing of the first-rate ship of the line has been added to the gallery.

But that was only the first step. Now it’s time to write the related posts for Inside the Age of Sail.

Yes, there have been some posts in the past. However, a quick look through the archives showed that it would be better to rewrite some of them. Unfortunately, this also includes the articles about the Rates.

It may therefore take a while before the illustrations are used.

Until then, enjoy them in the gallery. From today onwards, you can see it in its entirety. 😉
