with my vector graphics project in affinty-designer.
Half an hour here, 45 minutes there. Slowly but surely, the 2-decker is getting its shape. But this apparently simple picture hides several projects:
In the meantime, I know where several functions which make work easier are hidden in the designer. And I am learning to use the tools for organising the elements more effectively.
Besides that, I frequently have a look at Wolfram zu Mondfeld’s “Handbuch für historische Schiffsmodelle” (Handbook for historical ship models) to refresh my technical knowledge about the old sailing ships. – And then to see how I can simplify the spider’s web of the rigging suitable for the display size.
