07-02-2026 Illustration of the ‘Corvette’ completed
It went well, especially as the heatwave is now over. The longitudinal view of the corvette, based on a French model, is also finished. Although I had to improvise quite a bit because the reference material was rather lacking in detail.
So another illustration is heading for the gallery. I’m still planning to do at least two more drawings of the ship types. But it’s possible that the new series of posts on the types will start at the same time.
Next week, other commitments will keep me from working on NauticalFiction – and we’ll see how things go after that.
